With the unique construction needs and non-compromising schedules, many of these institutions turn to our team every year to take on critical, time sensitive construction challenges that must fit into the constraints of academic calendars. The following is a sampling of some of these fine institutions:

Boston University Student Housing London UK	The 178 bed facility includes the renovation of a listed historic structure, new kitchens, common areas, and hotel style rooms for students studying abroad. The project included the external rehab of the 50,000 sf building, new mechanical infrastructure, and the removal and pop up of the roof to create a usable fifth floor. The project value was approximately $12,000,000.
Maimonodes School Boston, MA	Along with new classrooms and offices, the project includes the construction of a beautiful 400+ person synagogue filled with custom millwork and detail. From the arched window above the ark, to the dynamic partition between the men’s and women’s section, to the glass walled balcony in the rear, this multi-purpose facility has redefined the Maimonodes School. The project’s value was approximately $6,300,000.
Evans Medical Center Boston, MA	The 23,000 sf facility is for research and class II labs, doctor’s offices, and a hospital facility. The project had a strong emphasis on process piping lab gasses, hoods, and millwork work stations. The project value was approximately $6,500,000.
WBUR 90.9 FM Radio Studio Boston, MA	This high quality, state of the art facility was custom built for Boston’s NPR Affiliate. ZVI integrated the latest cutting edge technology into this attractive, highly functional space, while providing WBUR with the ability to accommodate its highly skilled staff, radio guests, and frequent public tours. The studios are acoustically isolated from the main structure by floating floors and double-wall construction, ensuring a flawless on-air sound quality. The project value was approximately $2,500,000.
Goldman School of Dentistry Boston, MA	With twenty two work stations, operating areas, dark rooms, labs, and X-ray facilities, the new construction of the Goldman School of Dentistry exemplifies our ability to provide construction services for specialized clients. The Goldman School is designed and constructed to be client friendly using millwork, moldings, and window treatments all to enhance the environment and to help patients be at ease. The project includes an elaborate underground network of mechanical piping and electrical serving to each station. The project value was approximately $1,750,000.
