The elegance of the 50,000 sf tenant fit-out for the successful consulting company culminates in the library/conference room shown. The success of this location helped launch the growth of many satellite offices throughout the country maintaining the same level of finish and construction scheduling approach. The project value was approximately $5,300,000.

1010 Properties LLC
Brookline, MA

To enhance the Clients initial investment of an existing 2-story property, ZVI more than doubled the lease able square footage to 50,000 while maintaining the integrity of the former historic state police safety headquarters. The project included the complexities of working in an urban site with limited access and staging areas. The final A-class property is home to such prestigious tenants as Sloane School of Epidemiology and Aetna Insurance. The project cost was approximately $12,000,000.

The 35,000 sf full service satellite medical facility contains most of the typical functions found in a hospital environment including labs, x-ray rooms, and patient examining rooms. The project required extensive custom millwork and casework to suit the needs of the individual departments. The project value was approximately $2,200,000.

HCRI

The project was broken into multi-phases to allow for the transfer of employees from an existing facility to the new expansion space. The fit out included the conference room, kitchens, changing facilities, and a city view from a roof top deck. The full build out area is approximately 60,000 sf and includes high security storage for private medical company materials. The project value was approximately $5,000,000.

Pleasent Street Ventures

The 250,000 sf re-development of three adjoining buildings is anchored with the 3 story glass atrium and skylight. The project was to revitalize the existing building with additional floors, new systems while creating Class A office space, retail and medical facility. The project value was approximately $28,000,000.
