Upper Crust Pizza

ZVI is pleased to be part of this company roll out; praised by former GE CEO Jack Welch as an outstanding business and the recipient of Boston Best Pizza for 2005. With a keen understanding of the client's needs, our team has been able to find creative uses for every cubic inch of these compact restaurants, while being a development advisor to the operators for the leasing of future spaces. The projects value was approximately $200,000 per location.

The Deb Shops

As an extension of the Owner's operations, ZVI continues to provide nation wide construction services for this publicly traded company. With up front assistance in evaluation of existing conditions, our team has been able to budget the tenant fit-out as well as the landlord obligations well in advance of the design thereby facilitating time to market. These stores are approximately 8,000 sf and the projects value was approximately $150,000 per location.

Holiday Inn Express / Howard Johnson

ZVI has constructed more than 1,000 hotel rooms for the expansion program of these two well known chains. The buildings included mid level room and business amenities, food and beverage services, mid ranges lobby finishes, and turn-key developments including Design, Approvals and FF&E. The project value was approximately $4,500,000 per hotel with more than 15 locations constructed to date.

IMAX Cinemas

As part of the certified team, ZVI constructed multiple IMAX Theatres including extensive AV, electrical, and audio systems. The complex nine story screen, in many instances, was assembled on the horizontal in the adjoining parking lot and lifted by helicopter through a small roof opening into place. The value of the projects was approximately $9,500,000 each.

As part of the retailers’ emphasis to re-invigorate their existing stores, ZVI was hired to perform a multi-state, multi-store roll out program. Each store included general demising scopes, systems, and fixturing of the 50,000 sf stores. The project value was approximately $1,200,000 each.

The high end retail fit-out requires an eye for detail and excellence in craftsmanship. The fine millwork, the hardwood floors, the moldings and the specialty lighting all added to the value of the end product. The project value was approximately $275,000 each.
