What we do
Preconstruction Services
ZVI Construction Company, LLC firmly believes that the most successful projects are planned and re-planned on paper many times over; well in advance of any actual work commencing on site. This phase, known as Preconstruction, allows everyone on the team to fully understand the Client’s goals and objectives thereby developing a clear, understandable approach to meeting their needs, goals and requirements. Acting as the Client’s Advisor, we use our experience to offer the critical information that our clients need to fully evaluate and make key decisions that will shape the future success.
Our teams have a wide range of expertise in preconstruction services from years of experience including:
- Scheduling
- Systems Review and Weighing the Alternatives
- Construction Budgeting from Schematic Design through final Construction Design

Construction Phase
As the project moves from the preconstruction phase to actual work, the key is to focus on execution. The execution of a project takes a level head; an open mind to problem solving; and excellent communication skills. Our team can provide any of the following:

- Structured Bid Packages for best cost
- Project Communications
- Safety Program
- Permitting and Updates
- Monthly Status Reports and Committee Reports
Close Out Phase
Ironically, the project close out starts even before a shovel hits the ground. The principle behind the close out phase is to show the client how to use, care for, and operate the building for many years to come. The examples of the training, range from the heating equipment and utilities all the way down to the best way to care for the floors. These are just a few of the hundreds of types of items that are provided in user friendly service manuals, and in an on-line fashion that can be integrated into any future planning and annual maintenance schedules.
- Helping the End Users Learn about the Building
- LEED’s Close Out and Submissions
- Final Commissioning
- As-Builts
- Multi-Year Warranty
