Rue RousseauThis seven-story former hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Geneva and just minutes away from Lake Geneva. The interior gut renovation, which included structurally rebuilding the floors and designing and installing all the finishes, has transformed it into a state-of-the-art, 82-bed student residence for Kent State University.
