This 24,000 SF fit-out was for Partner’s in Health, a well-known non-profit which helps provide access to healthcare and education for those in need around the globe.  Working under the tight budget constraints of a non-profit, ZVI was instrumental in obtaining the client’s specifications in a cost effective manner. 

The largest single component of this historic interior restoration project was the installation of a full sprinkler system.  The new system was cleverly installed throughout almost every nook and cranny of the building, hiding the piping as much as possible, all while meeting fire department requirements.

This 7,000 square foot space now services an international Buddhist organization of over 12 million members. The project included design planning, permitting, re-working mechanical systems, and installing finishes.

WBUR contracted with ZVI for both of its recent renovations which included installing mechanical equipment, fire protection, and elaborate finishes.

ZVI completely revamped the Maimonodes School creating up-to-date academic facilities along with an expanded synagogue. The modern synagogue, capable of accommodating 400 people, is filled with custom millwork and details which maintain its timeless beauty and intimacy.
