ZVI managed the construction of Upper Crust Pizzerias throughout New England and the District of Columbia. We coordinated the permitting and equipment and finishing installations at each location.

With over 80 restaurants in 30 states, we are proud to have been selected to build the companies first Massachusetts location, for this award winning chain of chicken finger restaurants.  ZVI was able to complete this project within a schedule that many felt was unachievable. 

ZVI is proud to have completed this gorgeous renovation to Boston University’s main dining facility, the largest and busiest Aramark managed facility with over 7,000 customers a day.   This year round facility is home to tenants that include Starbucks, Aesop’s Bagels, Jamba Juice, and Burger King. 

Throughout the United States, we have completed over forty projects for this publicly traded retailer out of Philadelphia.  These 10,000 SF tenant fit-outs included the installation of custom millwork and storefronts, tenant fixtures, HVAC, lighting, fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
