ZVI completed a FastTrack 5,000 SF mixed used space, consisting of a food testing laboratory with adjoining office space. Coordination and installation of all owners, laboratory vendors, suppliers, and proprietary laboratory equipment made this project a huge success.

This 1,000 SF interior renovation was for the nation’s first HIV community based research organization, and full-service community health organization.

The most challenging aspect of this project was meeting Fenway’s expectations of design and function, within a unique historic space, while also fulfilling the stringent requirements of the State Department of Health.

From the installation of the pharmacy, to building mechanicals and project finishes, ZVI was responsible for all aspects of this design-build construction project.

ZVI recently renovated this 50,000 SF space for the BAIM Institute for Clinical Research (previously: Harvard Clinical Research Institute). The design-and-build project included permitting and installing new finishes. ZVI completed this multi-phased renovation on a rigid schedule without interrupting HCRI's daily operations.
