The Boca Grove Project was a $3,200,000 budget, 8,000 sq. ft. ground-up development in a 10-month period, adjacent to an existing office building.

The property was design built for three medical and physical therapy tenants who work together. From design to the finishes, ZVI was responsible for all aspects of this project.
