This 13,000 SF building renovation has been converted into hospital and office space. The project was completed in accordance with the complex requirements and standards of the dialysis center’s parent company, Fresenius Medical Care, and under the supervision of the Massachusetts Department of Health.

While relocating within the same property, ZVI effectively facilitated their seamless transition into this new state of the art medical facility. From permitting to the installations of intricate mechanical, medical, and electrical systems, ZVI was responsible for all aspects of The Kidney Center’s construction process.
